The class offerings you make are WONDERFUL. Unfortunately I cannot attend all of them and glean all the information from them. So I purchase the CDs. However, the classes do not translate so well on the CDs. The panels didn't have people use microphones so comments were un-hearable on the CDs. Significant value lost there. Then at the end when Q/A happens, many times the moderator does NOT repeat the question so the answer is less helpful. PLEASE remember that not just the 20-100 people in the session need to hear this information. Those of us who rely on CDs need to hear it, too; in fact, paid EXTRA to hear it, but currently we miss out on lots. So my suggestion is please keep doing the great job you are doing, AND
1) Have ALL presenters us a microphone (even those with "loud" voices)
2) Have moderators repeat ALL questions (so they get on the CD).

You all provide a great service and I thank you for it. Implementation of these small suggestions will allow people who are unable to attend some of the fascinating sessions to still gain excellent information.

I would far rather have a an old dog "seasoned" agent answer questions in an open forum.

So many times we get attorneys who stare blankly at you when they don't want to answer questions..."see me later so I can charge you!"

It would be far more valuable to have access to an experienced agent who has learned from experience.

Title companies only give answers from their perspectives--not useful to those of us in the selling realm.

DON'T RAISE YOUR RATES WHEN YOU LOSE MEMBERS!
Also, when times are tough, would rather see NMDRA discontinue their galas to keep membership costs low. If the new royalty has our interests at heart, they'd have a potluck instead of spending funds on hoopla.

Please, please give us agents someone who can motivate and keep us from faking a heart attack due to boredom. Can in some professional speakers who actually sell real estate and not just talk about real estate. These are tough times and I am not going to give in to this market. Give me some real meat I can sink my teeth into.

Please offer some classes on Buyer Agency. That's where the money is right now and so many classes I encounter at conventions are slanted towards listings!

Hire Larry Kendall of the Group for Ninja Training

Have Howard Brinton bring in a panel of 3-5 Stars and interview them on questions we can submit before the convention. Bring in Stars from other states in parallel markets.
